I'm Faith Samuel, a Loan Collection Officer, with a background in customer support, collections, and CRM management in Nigerian fintech.
What I build: I design automated workflows using no code tools that handle repetitive tasks like payment status follow ups, customer FAQs, and reminder sequences. I turn manual, time draining processes into systems that run themselves.
The problem I solve: Support and collections teams lose hours daily on repetitive back and forth chasing payment updates, answering the same questions, sending reminders one by one. I build workflows that take that off their plate, so teams can focus on the cases that actually need a human.
I bring both sides of this: hands on collections experience (so I understand the real bottlenecks) and the ability to build the automation that fixes them.
